Duncan Austin

Bach Business RPVA – Managing Director

As the Managing Director of Hardev Property, Duncan is responsible for the strategic growth and ongoing development of the organisation.

Duncan attended the University of Queensland and graduated with a Bachelor of Business in property valuation. Duncan qualified as a valuer and auctioneer in Queensland, predominantly working with government departments, banks and receivers and administrators in valuing and selling all company asset classes.

In 2000, Duncan attended the Cass Business School in London and completed the fulltime module of MSc in Real Estate Investment. He subsequently joined Pathfinder Properties PLC, a listed London based development company as a Projects Director. In 2004 he co-founded Maxam Property (UK) Limited in London which delivered a variety of developments within the United Kingdom – the largest of which was a 240-room hotel in Waterloo London. He is still actively involved in  a day-to-day basis and remains 50% shareholder of the company. Duncan has now returned to Australia to take up the MD role at Hardev Property.
